Election Interference Charges
Once
again, Delta has asked the NMB for more time to respond to AFA's
interference charges. On January 14, AFA filed its
Reply Brief
reiterating its charges of Delta interference during the election,
and denying Delta's nonsensical charges of AFA election
interference. Now Delta has asked for more time to respond to AFA.
This time Delta complains that it is too busy to reply to AFA before
February 11, a full month after AFA's filing. This is the second
time that Delta, who is endlessly carping about AFA's "delay," has
pleaded for an extension of time from the NMB. Not only is this
delay unnecessary, it is frivolous since the issues have already
been adequately briefed. Delta should forego a needless response and
simply let the NMB begin its investigation into Delta's election
misconduct.
