Building Momentum

We’re already making a difference. We’ve already gotten a pay raise, the announcement of 10 hours rest implemented in February, and a retraction of the worst of Delta’s policy around uniforms. We’ve only been organizing with our Flight Attendant union for a month and already we’re making Delta a better employer. Just imagine what we can do when we vote for our union and negotiate our contact.
